To illustrate the objectives of the ‘True Italian Taste’ project, Assocamerestero took part in the International Food Research Conference, which was held from 26 -27 October, at the Roma Tre University.
Pina Costa (Director of the External Relations and Business Development department and Carlo Alberto Pratesi (Professor of Marketing, Innovation and Sustainability) spoke to the audience about the actions and initiatives that will be implemented by the project to promote authentic Italian food in North America.
The event, which brought together famous academics and researchers from the food sector, focused on various themes, including nutrition, dietary education, agribusiness and food practices.
