To mark the First Week of “Cucina Italiana nel Mondo”, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada-West, in collaboration with the Italian Consulate in Vancouver and the Vancouver Community College (VCC), organised two masterclasses on Italian PDO and IGP products as part of The Extraordinary Italian Taste project, presenting the tradition of Italian food, its nutritional benefits and its characteristic features.
Chefs Pino Posteraro of the Enoteca Cioppino’s Mediterranean & Grill and Adam Pegg of the Ristorante La Quercia hosted a show cooking session to present some typical recipes from the world of agri-foods Made in Italy.
