With the aim to promote the Extraordinary Italian Taste initiative and to support of Neapolitan's Pizza nomination to UNESCO as Intangible Heritage of Humanity, IACCW launched a very special event: "Pizza, A Gourmet Affair"! featuring special guests Enzo Coccia (pizza master from la Notizia Pizzeria in Naples) and Michelin-starred chef Luigi Fineo. The evolution of pizza from a humble pie to a gourmet product will be discussed by a panel of culinary experts including, among others: Nancy Silverton (Mozza, Osteria Mozza, Chi Spacca), Zach Pollack (Cosa Buona and Alimento), Piero Selvaggio (Valentino) and Zoe Nathan (Milo and Olive). A special tasting menu, created by Enzo Coccia and Luigi Fineo will follow.
